How long are your presentations?
Most of my keynote presentations are about 45-60 minutes. However, I also do 2-hour, 4-hour, and 7-hour programs.
How do I get permission to use some of your resource materials from your website in my employee newsletter?
You can use any of this material at no charge as long as you clearly indicate that I am the author and provide www.kathleenpagana.com as the source.

Can you provide references?
Yes, I have excellent testimonials and letters of reference. I can send a speaker packet.
Do you provide learning guides or handouts?
Yes, a learning guide is custom-designed to meet the needs of your audience. I will send these as a PDF file well ahead of the program.
Can you provide a photo for our brochure?
Yes, I can mail a photo or you can download one from this website.
What are your AV and set-up requirements?

Can you provide a brief bio and an introduction?
Yes, I will email an introduction printed in large font for easy reading. I will also bring a copy to the event.
What is needed to get you to speak to our organization?
Please email or call me to select a date.
To finalize an agreement:
- Sign the program agreement

Provide a 50% deposit on speaking fee to confirm the date.
The remainder of the speaking fee is to be paid the day of the event.
Wasn't your hometown of Williamsport, PA the location of a recent movie?
Yes. Williamsport, PA is the home of the Little League World Series. The movie, "Mickey" was about this series and part of it was filmed in Williamsport. I would like to known as "A Big League Speaker from a Little League Town."
How about your travel expenses?
All expenses for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, etc are to be paid or reimbursed by the client.
